When is Live Chat available?

-Our Live Chat assistance is available during the week, but is closed on weekends and holidays. We are however available over the weekend for help, but you’ll need to email your request in. We are always closed on holidays to be with our families.

I didn’t get the reminder email for my Menu-Mailer
- Please check your junk/spam folder. If you still don’t see your menu, please contact us by emailing leanneely@savingdinner.com and we will be happy to get your menu to you!



Where Can I download the Menu-Mailer for this week?
- If you are a current member of the Menu-Mailer or Premium Menu-Mailer you can access the current weekly menu by logging in to your account at https://menumailer.savingdinner.com/login. If you have lost your log in information please contact us by emailing leanneely@savingdinner.com and we will be happy to send it to you.


I can't log in

We’ll fix it! Simply email leanneely@savingdinner.com and we will be happy to send you new login credentials.

I can't/didn't download my menu and the link is expired
Please contact us by emailing leanneely@savingdinner.com and we will be happy to get your menu to you!

 

Can I cancel my subscription by unsubscribing at the bottom of my email?

No. When you unsubscribe using the using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of an email, it WILL NOT change the status of any subscription membership at savingdinner.com.

 

If you are a current subscriber of “Menu-Mailer,” Freezer Meal Club”, “Crock Cooker Club”, "Premium Menu-Mailer" "Smoothie Club" “Paleo Club” or any other paid membership program from Saving Dinner, and you would like to make changes to your membership, please contact us at leanneely@savingdinner.com and we will assist you with your cancelation.


How do I cancel my subscription?

How to Cancel Your Recurring Payment

 

Please note: unsubscribing using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of an email WILL NOT change the status of your subscription membership at savingdinner.com.

Our Smoothie Club, Freezer Meal Club, Crock Cooker Club, Paleo Club, Menu-Mailer Memberships and our Premium Menu-Mailer are automatic recurring payments. That means that when your current subscription cycle is finished, you are automatically charged for the next cycle. All of this is explained to you in detail (and requires you to agree to our terms in two different places) at the time of transaction.


If you wish to discontinue your membership(s) you are free to do so. How you go about this depends on how you made your original purchase:


If you paid using PayPal

If you purchased your subscription through PayPal, we can help you through the process, but you must be the one to stop the recurring payment as this is your PayPal account and we have no access to it.

 

To begin, simply follow these steps:


1. Log in to your PayPal account.

2. Click the settings icon next to "Log out."

3. Click *Preapproved payments* under "Payment Settings."

4. Click the merchant name.

5. Click *Cancel*, *Cancel automatic billing*, or *Cancel subscription* next to status and follow the instructions.

This will stop your subscription and it will not renew. Your membership will end at the end of the current cycle. For example, if your next payment was going to be charged on October 25th and you stopped the payment before then, your membership will end on October 24th.


If you paid by Credit Card

If you made your purchase with your credit card (not your credit card used through a PayPal account), simply email leanneely@savingdinner.com and let us know that you do not wish to renew your subscription (please be specific about which subscription you would like to cancel) our customer service representative will cancel your subscription and you will not be charged again. Your subscription will then expire at the end of the current cycle. You will be notified by email that the subscription has been canceled.



How do I change my Smoothie Club shipment flavor?
-Please contact us by emailing leanneely@savingdinner.com at least 3 business days before your renewal date and we will make that change for you. Please be sure to let us know which flavor you would like to receive. (Also note that your receipt will always indicate the original flavor that was purchased; flavor changes are made in fulfillment).



Are all menu/recipe products downloadable?
-All of our menus are downloadable ebooks. We do not ship any hard copies of any menus.

I can't open my menu-PC
-It sounds like your default PDF reader is not Adobe. Our menus need to be opened in the newest version of Adobe. You can download a free copy at adobe.com. Once you have downloaded Adobe, save the menu to your computer, then open your Adobe reader and then open the menu by choosing “file” and “open” from the drop down menu on the top left and choosing the menu file you saved to your computer, this will bypass your default PDF reader and allow you to see the menu.


I can't open my menu-Mac
- It sounds like your default PDF reader is not Adobe. Our menus need to be opened in the newest version of Adobe, this is especially important if you are using a Mac, it will open in Mac Preview by default. You can download a free copy of Adobe at adobe.com. Once you have downloaded Adobe, save the menu to your computer, then open Adobe and then open the menu by choosing “file” and “open” from the drop down menu on the top left and choosing the menu file you saved to your computer, this will bypass your default PDF reader and allow you to see the menu correctly.


How do I download on my Ipad?
-In order to view your menus on your Ipad, you must make sure your have Adobe Reader installed.  You can get the Adobe Reader for free in the App Store. You will only be able to view your menus in Adobe.

Once installed, all you need to do is open the email containing the menu file attachment, click on the attachment box (after you click on it, the box should change to say pdf.) Finally, click and hold the box that says pdf; a small window will open up that gives you a few options- choose the option that says "open in" and then all you will need to choose Adobe Reader. It will automatically save to your Adobe Reader documents on your Ipad.

To read your menu (after it’s been saved in Adobe) just go into your Adobe and click on Documents at the top of the screen. When you are home and are ready to email it back to yourself to save on your home computer, all you have to do is open the document on your Ipad and click on the little box in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. Your option to email the document will be right there.

I can't log in to my Crock Cooker Club or Freezer Meal Club membership
-You won't log in to access your Club menus, they are emailed to you each month. If you missed a menu simply email leanneely@savingdinner.com and let us know which menu you missed. We will be happy to send the menu to you.

Do you ship smoothie products to other countries?
At this time, we cannot ship our smoothie mixes outside the US. However, we are working on being able to do so very soon!

-More Food For Thought, Inc. is our corporate name. SavingDinner.com is our website, but we are very much all the same company!

 

Why am I receiving offers from other companies in an email from you (Affiliate emails)

I believe in total transparency, and as my trusting subscriber and/or customer I’ll always be up front with you about my business.

Within the Saving Dinner newsletters and blogs, I sometimes recommend products and with those recommendations I sometimes make a commission on referred sales. This commission helps to offset site expenses and newsletter delivery so I can continue to offer things like my free blog, newsletter and tips to help you at no cost.

 

The fact is, I get asked to promote something literally every day (for a commission), and the only products I will ever recommend are products that I 100% believe in and use myself. If I haven’t used it first hand, found it to be of exceptional quality, and believe it will undoubtedly help you, I don’t and won’t recommend it. Period.

Important: A quick note about Earthlink and Mindspring Email Addres

During the past several months, our list manager (Aweber) has had numerous problems with our e-mails reaching certain email addresses, specifically those who use Earthlink and Mindspring. We want to make sure you receive your e-mails without interruption so we urge you to change your account settings and specify a different email address if possible.
